Q. How do I know I have burnout?

If you’re constantly drained, detached, and overwhelmed, you might be experiencing burnout. Burnout isn’t just feeling tired – it’s a chronic state of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion. You might feel numb, irritable, unmotivated, or like you’re running on fumes no matter how much you rest. It often can be the result of undiagnosed depression, anxiety or ADHD, which is why so many people miss it.

Q. What makes The Burnout Solution™ different from therapy or coaching?

Most approaches still treat burnout as a mindset problem. Workplace EAPs offer short-term fixes that barely touch the surface, and many talking therapies take a generalist approach that misses the deeper, body-based roots. Online programs rarely include the essential 1:1 psychotherapy needed to develop co-regulation skills and heal the patterns that keep you stuck in the burnout cycle.

My method combines psychoeducation (understanding your mind), nervous system regulation (retraining your body), and depth work (addressing the root causes). We use both ‘bottom up’ (using feeling) and ‘top down’ (using thinking) psychotherapeutic techniques that together, restore your nervous system from the ground up – so change lasts.

Q. What does the Burnout Solution™ involve?

Flexible twice-weekly online psychotherapy sessions with me and 24/7 message support, all tailored for busy professionals needing deep, focused, lasting support. The idea is to get you doing less, not more, in order to rebuild your resilience.

Q. How long does it take to recover from burnout?

It depends on your starting point, but most clients notice meaningful shifts in the first 90 days. You won’t be rushed; this is about creating lasting change, not chasing quick fixes.

Q. Why combine psychotherapy with nervous system regulation?

Burnout starts in your body. Traditional therapy helps you understand why you feel the way you do; nervous system regulation helps your body believe it’s safe again. When we combine both, change becomes embodied, not just intellectual.

This approach isn’t about doing more work on yourself, it’s about doing less of what keeps you stuck. You don’t need another wellness routine or mindset practice. You need space in your inner world, clarity, calm, and capacity, so you can live, work, and relate from a place that feels sustainable.

Q. How much does the treatment cost?

The Burnout Solution™ is £995 per month for a maximum of three months.

Many of my clients opt to continue weekly sessions after three months, should they want continued support.

Q. Do I need an official diagnosis?

No. Burnout doesn’t require an official diagnosis. In fact, it’s recognised by the World Health Organisation as an occupational syndrome, what matters most is how you feel and how we can support you.
