My Story
In 2018, I started Flexible Mind, a mental health support clinic to help professionals overcome burnout – the response was overwhelming – and as a community quickly formed, I decided to offer a complete service called, The Burnout Solution, to further support my clients.
Following a successful launch, I founded Stress Wise, a workplace wellbeing consultancy, that supports SME’s and leaders in high-pressure industries cope with the rising trends of chronic stress and burnout.
As a BACP-registered psychotherapist, I am now seeing clients in my online private practice, while collaborating with clinics, businesses and schools across London.
Currently living happily in London with my family, the goal remains to continue spreading chronic stress awareness, while helping as many sufferers as possible to manage anxiety, overcome burnout and navigate complex trauma.

Q. What are your qualifications?
I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered integrative psychotherapist.
I have additional diplomas in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy certified by British Psychological Society & Integrative Psychotherapy certified by National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Q. How do I know if this therapy is right for me?

I am an integrative psychotherapist using a blend of holistic-person centred approaches, informed by internal family systems, somatic experiencing, evolutionary psychology, existentialism and depth work.
