There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some clients work with me for 6 months, others continue for 6+ years. The space will be here to go at your own pace.

I am an integrative psychotherapist using a blend of holistic-person centred approaches, informed by internal family systems, somatic experiencing, evolutionary psychology, existentialism and depth work. All designed to be the most supportive for you and your needs. 

We don’t just talk – we regulate the nervous system, uncover unconscious patterns, and build real emotional resilience. This integrated approach creates deep, lasting change – not just symptom management.
